11-05-12 Last year we reported a transformation of an office building on Kanaalweg 93 in Utrecht. This property is managed by us. The transformation was according to us needed to accelerate success in leasing activities. After 12 months it can be stated that the transformation has successfully extracted. The office building has long served as high school and now has several users with different needs (office use, state of the art dental practice, modern daycare spaces, physiotherapist). So from the original 2000m2 available only a small 250m2 is now available for rent. We as Tresforte Beheer are delighted that our vision has good unpacked. Naturally we will manage this building in the future with great pleasure.
29-03-12 Haarlem, Werk en Vakmanschap recently renewed its lease of their headquarters located at the Market 41 in Roosendaal. This means that Werk en Vakmanschap will be present in coming years as a tenant in this beautiful building. Werk en Vakmanschap is a nationwide alliance of hundreds of technical and industrial companies. She is committed to the preservation and enhancement of technical skills. The extension of the lease is completed by Tresforte Beheer on behalf of the owner. The deal was completed in close consultation with internal experts of tenant. Both parties are pleased with the outcome.
16-03-12 Haarlem, with effect from April 1 Lucas Gijsberts will start in his new position as junior Asset Manager. This step follows the successful completion of his traineeship which started a year ago. The growth in management activities of Tresforte Beheer makes that both parties will benefit of this next step. Both parties are therefore satisfied with this continuation!
22/02/12 Haarlem, The City of Heerlen has recently concluded a lease of a railway station which will be situated in an office building. As the preceding suggests, one can rightly speak of an interesting and challenging task to realize this! The station will be located on the Parallelweg 2 in Heerlen which location is managed by Tresforte Beheer. The realization involves the implementation of commercial space on the ground floor and a passage to the train platforms. Also the facade at the ground floor will get a new fresh look which is in line with what one would expect of a modern station. This station will be temporarily in use for a maximum period of 5.5 years. It is part of a larger development called "MAANKWARTIER". Maankwartier is one of the larger projects that will be realized in the Netherlands in this period. The project includes 100 new homes and approximately 10,000 m2 of commercial space and parking. The project is literally located at the entrance to the city center. The solution to have a railway station realized in an existing office was established because both the city of Heerlen as Tresforte Beheer have looked beyond the standard options. We think therefore that parties involved should be proud with this solution. Tresforte Beheer is pleased that she has accomplished this transaction for her client.
25/01/12 Haarlem, Elan Wonen has recently extended its lease for a long period. Their lease concerns their headquarters in Haarlem. Tresforte Beheer initiated and closed on behalf of her client this transaction. Tresforte will also manage this office building in future like they did in the past. Elan Wonen is active as a housing company in Haarlem, Heemstede and Velsen. Tresforte Beheer is proud that this transaction has been closed for its client.
7/12/11 Haarlem, By this way Tresforte likes to welcome Rynda as a new client. Tresforte will act as a property manager on behalf of Rynda. The Dutch portfolio which will be managed consists of approximately 20.000m2 office space divided over several properties throughout the Netherlands. Rynda is an independent operating investment and asset manager with interests throughout Western Europe. We look forward to a long partnership!
10/21/11 Haarlem, with effect from November 1st, 2011 Tresforte Beheer will start with a new assignment. The order was granted by a new client. The assignment concerns the management of typical downtown Amsterdam office spaces. The officespace is situated in two authentic canal houses. The buildings were completely modernized on the inside, the outside is in its former glory. The object is used by multiple office users. This type of object is exactly the fifteenth explicit urban real estate object which is taken into management in the Netherlands. This clearly shows that the various principals Tresforte not only know to find for the management of properties (over 60) which are located at the edges of (large) cities in the Netherlands. It is clear that Tresforte is pleased with this assignment. We will make a success of it. By this way we welcome our client once again.
05/10/11 Haarlem, the property Central Post in Rotterdam which is managed by Tresforte wins prestigious award. The totally renovated office and leisure building of aprox 50.000m2 is in fact awarded the "Award for Sustainable Architecture". The building is a.o. praised for her quality, also for its large scale and thus the impact on the center of Rotterdam. The award was presented at the Green Buildings 2020 conference at the headquarters of the Rabobank. We like to congratulate our client LSI project investment by this way with the fact that this award is the second attractive award that befalls the building!
05-08-11 Haarlem, 87% of the current tenants in the first seven months of this year have chosen to renew their leases. These tenants are part of various portfolios managed by Tresforte Beheer. For clarity this figure relates to leases which were due to expire in the period January 1st to August 1st this year. Tresforte Beheer achieved the lease extensions with the tenants. We believe that this is a excellent result for all parties involved!
03.06.2011 Haarlem, SGL has recently extended for a long periode its lease for its office in Heerlen. Tresforte Beheer initiated and closed on behalf of her client this transaction. SGL is active in providing services to disabled adults. Think of rehabilitation, housing and other support. Tresforte Beheer is proud that she was able to accomplish this transaction for its client.
25-03-11 In an office building at 93 Kanaalweg Utrecht managed by Tresforte Beheer has started now an interesting and appealing transformation. The office building of approximately 2000m2 located at the entrance of a small business area was used since opening in 1995 until 2003 as headquarters of a local housing firm. From 2003 until late 2010, the building served as a secondary school serving secondary education. However, from the start of this year is again with new enthusiasm worked passionately to get the building "custom" for new users with different needs in terms of usage. At least three different new usages will be taken care of. The dental practice Oog in Al will start early this summer to take up residence in a portion of the building for a minimum period of 15 years. Currently there is an ultramodern and well-equipped practice-space built for them. In addition, the building welcomes GGMD organization that deals with people who have a hearing problem. They will also use part of the building as an office user. In addition, at present the process of negotiation with one of the main national players in the field of childcare is finalized. They also go for a quality adjustment in the building to realize a modern and pleasant environment for very long time for the children and staff. After completing the above transformation by July 1, there remains approximately 900m2 for other users. As Tresforte Beheer we are pleased to be able to support this exciting transformation.
