Overview

Tresforte Beheer is managing several types of portfolio's which collectively comprise a lot of properties located in the Netherlands. The type of real estate in the portfolios can be roughly indicated as: 80% office properties, 10% retail and 10% logistics. The share of residential, although in some portfolios represented, is in lesser supply. The office properties can be mainly characterized as multi-tenant properties where the size of the objects is roughly between 1.000sqm and 50.000sqm.
